Not bad. There are people who say wait for a better deal (like 75% off) after Christmas, but in my experience stuff is usually picked over or sometimes packed away in a warehouse for next year by then.

I've purchased two trees from HD before Christmas in the last 10 years. In each case they were on "sale" the week after Thanksgiving for 25% off. When they reached 50% off Customer Service desk did a price adjustment. The first tree later went to 75% off and I again had the CSD do a price adjustment. The second tree eventually went to 90% off and again CSD did the price adjustment. My family thinks I'm crazy but money is money.

I stopped my two different HD in my area and was able to grab some lights but they are heavy picked over already. Would not try to wait it out for 75% unless you are looking for incandescent lights or maybe some crummy air junk....

Thanks. Bought a wreath for more than I want to spend, but I know that it's about the best I'm going to find for the size we're looking for. Waiting until 75% means they'd be sold out.
