    I've had these on a couple of my family's MTBs. Light, durable and grippy if you want to stay with flat pedals. Yeah, they'll tear up your shins/calves sometimes, but that's true for any flat with decent grip. They're best when paired with an MTB shoe like the Five Ten Freerider, but still work pretty well with ordinary running shoes.

    Great deal on excellent low cost flat pedal. These are highly regarded among flat pedals. Many people prefer them over alloy.
