Not a bad deal, but you can't use the voucher until after 1/2.
Also this is one of those auto renewing subscriptions so dont forget to cancel it unless you plan on renewing.

Yes, this will save me a few bucks, why not. Flying to FL and Vegas a few times over the winter, and will be saving $10x3-4 each ticket over three trips plus the extra $50. Toss in some trips over the summer and fall, could be a cool couple/three hundred bucks saved over the membership. Christmas came early this year, oh the joys of being cheap and flying Frontier. My family loves me for it too, especially when I make them all pack for a week in a little "Underseater" suitcase so I don't have to pay for luggage. I'm in.....

Since the membership is available for $60 all the time, you are only saving the extra bonus $50 with this deal. Still still great if you know you're going to use it.

I've had nothing but good experiences on Frontier, just have realistic expectations. Yeah you get charged for everything. But every Frontier flight I've been on has been what looks to be a brand new plane. Meanwhile I'm at a United hub and all of their planes are creaking from the 80s.

Seats aren't super comfortable but for short haul it's been perfectly acceptable for the price.

Typically the big downside to these budget carriers are that they may only have one flight a day on a route so if it gets canceled then you don't have another flight to get booked on until the next day (or more). But again with realistic expectations...

is the voucher like a gift card? any gotchas other than 3/20 expiration?

I might buy it with the FNBO Travelite travel credit. Anyone here have that card? https://www.americanexpress.com/u...redit.html

No restrictions that I can see. Just need to book by the Exp. Date and use the voucher all on one shot. So you can combine it with the weekly/monthly sales they offer. The wife and I fly from Mpls to Fort Myers in a couple of weeks. Total airfare, roundtrip for both of us was $97.50. (just under $50 a roundtrip ticket). Would have been even cheaper if I had the Den membership when I booked a few weeks ago. Don't know how they make any money with those prices (upgrades I suppose), but I'm not complaining.

it is the upgrades /fees. captive audience. If you travel light and don't care about seats you're good.

I actually sat in the first row b/c nobody paid for those seats and flight was pretty empty.

If your membership hasn't expired yet can you use it to extend your current one?

Not bad and as usual good price. Just don't be surprised if there are delays, issues, cancelled flights it is a budget airline so they don't keep backup airplanes or have backup pilots like the big airlines but you get a cheap flight in exchange. Every flight I had with them had issues but I understand that and accept it. I avoid during the holidays though or if I have a time sensitive flight like I would miss a connection to an international flight for example than I avoid.
