The $5 credit is use it or lose it by Feb 6.

It also sounds like they email you with a code that you have to redeem to get the $5 applied to your account.

Starting to look like a lot of hoops to jump through for $5.

This is the deal probably posted three months ago. I don't understand why always have some funny people realized the deal much later then repost it to confuse people. Just wasting the time for those who used this already.Same as the Amex 20% off, $30 off $60 and etc
