This is one of those games, if I were into it, I wouldn't do on game pass since it ranges from 25 hours to 300 hours of gameplay. Appears the average is over 100 hours. Assuming I can play on average 2 hours per day, I'd skip game pass those 3 months and just buy the key for $10-12. Game pass is better for trying a bunch of games out that you normally wouldn't buy, not getting in-depth into a game.

A lot of people have super long game pass subs, free through Bing or what ever.

If you are buying Game Pass to play games you're doing it wrong, heh.

Even if it were free all time time, I still wouldn't play Witcher 3 (or any game that needs a large time investment) on game pass since they can yank it off the list at any time.
