What about the Samsung Pay app for non Samsung phones (for people who use Samsung Pay through a Samsung watch combined with a non-Samsung phone)?
No, Samsung pay app via watch is only for paying for purchases at store, not for gc purchases

When I open Samsung Pay app on my Nexus 6 phone, under Promotions, I see this deal for discounted gift cards.
I open it, and the stores are listed along with "Shop Now" buttons as well as a link to see more available cards.
But clicking doesn't open anything.
If Samsung doesn't want Samsung Watch customers to get these deals, why do they bother putting them in our Samsung Pay apps under promotions? Now, I'm left to wonder if this is intentional or my phone is the issue that the links won't open.
