I found these on sale at my local Home Depot here in California for $119 plus tax on sale from $179.
this seems to be only in stores and not online so your mileage may vary.
i know this combo refurbished is on here for $70 but this has the lifetime service agreement.
Good price if you want to get into ridgid and only need the most basic of tools. Get a nice set of bits, sockets, and adapters, and you'll be able to do basic house / car maintenance with a lifetime warranty on the batteries when they die of old age.

I owned the Gen 4 set that is on sale for $99 and just bought this 5th Gen brushless set. Both are solid options but the brushless for $120 is slicker if you can find it. Also, can't recommend direct tools used set for $80. No lifetime warranty and Direct tools is horrible with their shipping. I waited a month on an order that never came. My Direct tools account said the order was completed but item was juggled around in shipping and then returned back to DT. After multiple calls and not ever getting the promised return responses I was told that they didn't ship to my area. Big waste of time!

IDK...This is the more powerful brushless set vs the brushed set you're going with.
Actually ya you're right.
i think i prefer what i bought.. the batteries will probably last longer in other things like flash light and vacuum 2ah vs 1.5 and cheaper..
but i might ebay the tools in my set anyway
