i guess my question is what is considered as a new account, a new email address or a new phone number?

Thank you for the explanation. if you register with a new number, can you port in another non-Tello number into this account later?
1) register a new online account with portin of a random GV number, 2) port out old number to GV, 3) port old number back to the newly registered account (the old number becomes the active number), 4) port the GV number back to GV.
Anything wrong with above scenario?
1. Contact Tello CS
2. Do it yourself by doing a pseudo device swap on your account. When you do a device swap online, it will ask if you want to port in a number.
