Your comment is not helpful because you excluded graduate students who prefer TurboTax. It's so easy Timothy Geithner uses it.

There are dozens of tax filing softwares you can use if you make less than $69,000 a year (AGI).

The link isn't ready yet for filing for 2019, but https://www.irs.gov/filing/free-f...s-for-free will provide you a short questionnaire about your income and provide a list of all of the potential softwares you can file with for free. Most of them will include free state filing as well.
