I found these headphones at my local Walmart in the clearance isle. They are older models so may be hard to find. last year they were a Slickdeals for $20. Reviews are pretty good for inexpensive headphones.

My kids each have a pair of these, aged 9 & 13, they got them for Christmas 2017 (we paid $25 each for Black Friday) and they are still going strong with very regular use. Great price @ $7, none available for me locally though.

Edited date after looking at my WM purchase history, it was 2017 not 2018.
