Sorry but this post is ridiculous. I've lived here for 20 years. June gloom lasts for like three weeks. C'mon man.
RT in title means round trip. also mentioned in the original post.

Pretty good deal but LAX is such a trainwreck. Took me twenty minutes to make a loop around it the other day. The deal from Burbank on the FP seems more appealing even if burbank is a bit out of the way.

Use the arrivals loop, it has elevators going up to departure for each terminal. It tends to be traffic, plus you can get "free" luggage cart.

+1, going up to the departures level is a rookie move. Always stay downstairs on the arrivals level if you can.

It depends on what time you're there. On a recent trip the upstairs was deserted when we arrived so we had our family member pick us up there instead.

^ Roll the dice if you want, I'm sticking with the fast lanes downstairs.

You don't have to book a round-trip these days. One way prices are the same if bought individually or part of round-trip. In this case the one ways price at $98 each.
If you do this you might get more flexibility with your itinerary. Gone are the days when RT was required for low prices.

Has anyone experienced any issues after booking using Expedia, Priceline and others? I always booked directly with airlines and heard bad stories about booking through middle men.

Why is that? Summer is too crowded and too hot to see LA?
