Yes. You can definitely stack two years. Not sure if there's an upper limit, but two works.

I wanted to do a short PSA for those considering Adobe Ceative cloud: when I tried to cancel my subscription (or even just not renew), Adobe made it a very customer-unfriendly experience.
This was two years ago and terms may have changed: if you went a single day past renewal date, they would charge for the next whole year. Also buried in the EULA is a clause that said it would be prorated at 50% of time remaining. In my case, my sub renewed in January and I went to cancel it days after it renewed. I went through 3 customer service reps just to tell them I wanted out, then found out they would only refund 50% of the 11 prorated months not used, meaning I'm out for 6 months worth of money.
The price is good. But Adobe has made Creative Cloud into a customer-unfriendly cash cow. They don't want to make it easy to deal on price or competition. Just something to keep in mind for those who haven't been on Creative Cloud before.

If I use my school email and purchase this can my wife use the code on her business account with a different email to renew her subscription?
When I clicked the link I was sent from Newegg to redeem at Adobe, I entered the Product Key and it says it was activated. Then it took me to my account page but doesn't say anything beyond that. Under "My Plan" it says that it "Renews automatically on June 8, 2020" but no reference to being credited the Newegg offer?
