I am putting a YMMV in the title as a precautionary measure. If you open the link from incognito or inprivate mode from any browser, you should be able to replicate this deal.

How easy is their application process? Three months ago my application for another Amex card was rejected because of "too many new cards", even though my new card churning has slowed down significantly since the times I'd get 10 new cards a year, including Amex ones without an issue.

Probably off topic. The Amazon 20% off pay with Amex points, does this card come with those same points or is this more like cash back?

How often do people get the 20% off Amazon offer or is it more a YMMV deal too?

I applied it on January 1 2020 and got approval on the spot! It was pretty easy to get the 50,000 points offer show up by using the incognito mode. That is right. Amex uses lifetime language. I have heard people who have got a bonus after say 6-7 years. YMMV. You can contact amex customer care and check before you apply

Yes, this card earns MR points, which are eligible for the Amazon deals as long as long as your account gets targeted for them.

Thanks. I added my new Gold card to both my wife's account and mine. Both account was targeted for the 20% off 1 amex mr promo ($80). Do you know by any chance if this $80 is per amazon account or total card limit? If it's per account, this seems a bit too good to be true deal.

Per account, but not all accounts will be targeted. People have multiple accounts for this reason.

45,000 Amex Membership Rewards points for $150 is a great offer. Especially if redeemed for intl business airfare. With current situation, there's less demand for air travel and amex mr points are more valuable when transferred to airlines partners. Depending on your situation, you need to assess if this SUB makes sense for you. Thanks!

Thanks, I did pull the trigger and received my card last week. To my surprise, Amex Green is also offering a $10/month cellphone credit. I can offset the annual fee almost entirely with that and treat the 45,000 MR points as free. I'll try to take advantage of the $100 lounge buddy and $100 clear credit but that's sortta up in the air. Looks like a solid card to me.
