So cost wise and quantity it is high compared to traditional liquid tylenol. The only advantage is that it is easy to carry.
Currently i see the refular 120ml tylenol is available for 6.48 with 40% s&s.

That is 24 servings (@5ml each) -- I'm not seeing 40% off (just 15 with my 5+ subscription S&S), so the liquid you posted is about 3-4 cents per serving more than this deal.
The 30 count for 4.55 posted above at Walmart is even cheaper per serving.

The 40% is account based, so not everyone qualifies. And it's usually newer accounts or randomly selected.

Be careful what you use it for. If it's a low fever or aches then either will work. But when my child had a 105 fever, Tylenol only dropped it to like 104. Motrin dropped it to 101. We also alternated Motrin and Tylenol, for maximum effect when Having a high fever but check with your doctor if you do that. Medicine affects every child differently.

Also Walmart usually has Motrin for less, around $6, iirc for 4 oz. You can get ibuprofen generic for significantly less than Motrin as well.

Back to the deal here, went ahead and got one since it seems convenient for traveling.

As a parent of two young kids, the last thing I want to do is dissolve some powder and make them drink it, especially when they are sick and fussy. It's incredibly easier to put the liquid syrup into a syringe.
