Sony WH-CH700N Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphone Bundles
Speaker that comes with the WH-1000XM3 looks like the SRS-XB22 (currently $58 from Amazon[amazon.com]), so it seems like a good deal if you're looking to buy both. If you're interested in the wireless earbuds, note that these are the WF-1000X, not the newer and vastly superior WF-1000XM3.
I got the 1000XM3 around Christmas with the bluetooth speaker (SBS-XB10 says on box)
As for the headphones, they are my new favorite. Will never consider headphones without ANC again. The Sony bluetooth speaker it comes with is very loud and has good bass, I say if you use that it's a good deal. Focuscamera also sells it with the sony warranty.
Cons with the 1000XM3:
Bad for voice calls.
Can't change and listen at the same time.
Can't pair with more then one device, so you have to disconnect and reconnect if you change devices, this is my biggest complaint, as I have multiple devices I switch from.

I believe that depends on the bluetooth codec of your TV.
I have the WH-1000XM3 and can't notice any lag when connected to my onePlus 6T using LDAC. But there is some lag when connecting to my LG C8 TV or my PC via Bluetooth.
It's not much but definitely noticeable in competitive play.

I assume it's because your tv nor computer have aptx.

I am in a strange position where I feel as though I'm strongly missing out since I got a new pair of the Bose QC 35 II a few months ago from just browsing ebay for a while...and I can't help but feel that I need to try out the 1000XM3s as well. Have you tried the Bose as well per chance?

Can we safely assume that they will fall around $210-$225 sometime fairly soon...?

Sony for the win.
