I'm pretty sure Kenneth Cole is bad quality but for $12.99, why not? I ordered 2 shirts and the code gave free shipping. No free return shipping so buy with Paypal for free returns. Also no sales tax which is nice. Thanks. We'll see whether these shirts are good or not..

I like their shirts but... I have to iron the hell out of them everytime. Probably one of those ones where you only want a couple of your shirts to be these.

I bought this. Absolute worst quality. No matter what I can't iron out the wrinkles after washing. I really have my doubts about this retailer in general.

Lol read the previous threads.. They're counterfeits clothing.

So if you think normal Kenneth Cole is bad quality already, what do you think the quality of a counterfeit of that is going to be?

Good luck getting your money refunded or item exchanged in a timely manner. I shipped them an item back within a week of receiving it due to it fitting very snug. The tracking label said they had it for exactly two months. I emailed them asking when the return would be processed and they said "I'm sorry for the inconvenience once the returned items are scanned into our system we will ship the exchange items".

It should never take two months from receipt to process a return or exchange. Unfortunately I had to quote the FTC refund policy and within one day I had a refund.
