"We are not having any issues with our website. We are currently experiencing a delay with our coupons that are sent out via email and would be happy to get the coupons for completing profiles sent in the mail for those who are missing them. To get coupons out in the mail we would need the email addresses of the family members who signed up as well as names and mailing addresses of those that did not receive the coupon for signing up."
Well if there is a delay, doesn't that come under the heading of problems with their website ?
