WORX WG510 Turbine Fusion Electric Mulcher/Vacuum $40 FS on Amazon
It is the best mulcher I have ever had in terms of mulching ratio as long as the leaves are quite dry. I bought mine a couple of months back for $60 when eBay offered a coupon. At $40, I am thinking of buying a new one just to keep as backup.

Make sure to wear a mask when using this - it makes a lot of fine dust. Also, the metal clip attaching the shoulder strap to the mulcher breaks after a few uses - which can be replaced with a more durable snap link easily.
