Went into local bestbuy in Houston to get a new mouse and found G602 is on sale $19.99. Lowest price so far.
YMMV.

In for one.

Also picked up the Logitech G613 wireless mechanic keyboard from Target for $42~ + Tax. Time to play from bed.

Good price, Decent mouse if you don't plan to use it more than 2 feet away from receiver (or use extension cable).
There is significant lag when used farther than 3 feet.

Five years ago, this would've been a great deal. But Logitech has some quality issues, serious ones. I happen to like the M510, but I have bought 8 of them, for four machines since 2018-04-19 (I just reviewed my Amazon purchase history for these, and it's worse than I thought). They don't last (the left button gets flaky). I replaced one yesterday on my main PC that gets nearly constant daily use. I bought it in July as a spare, and started using it on 2019-09-01 (and put a label inside the battery cover on that date so that I'd know how long it lasted). They used to last a good 18-24 months. I hope Logitech gets their act together. (I use their wireless keyboards too- and really benefit from the unifying receiver for some of the hardware I employ.)

This isn't for the M510, it's a different product. This deal is for the G602. The M510 is a cheap, tiny mouse meant for carrying with your laptop (hence the "M", for mobile). They're meant to be throw away, bargain-bin mice that you don't care if you lose.

I own two G602 mice, I use one at work and one at home. I have large hands and the G602 is nice sized, not some tiny POS "M" series mouse. I've owned both for several years now, and no issues with either one wearing out or breaking.

That being said - this mouse is fine for regular use, but not as a Razor Naga replacement. The eight side buttons are too small and placed too far back. If I still played WoW I would not rely on those buttons for regular-use keybinds. Response time is good though, and there is not noticeable lag.

All-in -all this is a great mouse for the price, but not a great MMO gaming mouse.

Why would you buy 7 bad M510's and think it's a good idea to buy an 8th?

Odd. Mine is about 4-5 feet away and works perfectly. Best mouse I've owned in a long time.

I had the same issue... However, was your router in the same room? Interference was the more likely culprit, as when I relocated the router, the 'lag' issues stopped.

This is an excellent Creator's mouse. As a graphic designer, I wholeheartedly recommend it for comfortable use over long stretches, and the precise movement and multiple buttons don't hurt either!

From what I remember Logitech was using omron brand switches made in Japan, maybe they switched to made in China ones.

I have three of these... one on my work PC, one on my home PC, one on my laptop. I spend most of my day doing CAD and my nights gaming.... I've never had a problem with the g602 and it's comfortable for long periods of time.
