Lots of choices comparable. Lots for less too. Some for more (4k).
questionable brand, questionable quality. pretty sure they dont do any design, engineering on those product, just reseller.

I got this Acer for $109 during BF weekend:

the build quality on the Acer are not the best, but you can not ask for much.

I use an AOC and a UPERFECT.
Honestly the AOC is used the least. When working in multi desktop mode for work it's great- matches my 15in MB Pro. When I use it to display lyrics for karaoke and need it far away from the laptop it cannot work. There is not enough power bandwidth for a single usb-c to usb-c connection.
The cheap Uperfect one can accept a 15ft usb-c to HDMI and then run off an external battery.
Looks like this Lenovo can do both, but dont knock the cheap Chinese branded devices... they work very well.
Your office a bit ghetto not to provide proper monitors for working, and for 200 bucks you could have gotten a nice 27" proper one
Ha they make contractors sit at desks with no monitors at the client I work for. Very nice office 👌
