I've been rolling my abs with this every day for the last month and it hasn't flattened out my belly! It just leaves little divots in the fat from the tread on the wheel! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Let me see if I can keep the comments with negative ratings going.

Ab wheel is not recommended for newer people. It can be dangerous without proper form.
You must keep yourself from hyper extending your lower back as you are going down.
There are plenty of good ab exercises you can do without equipment if you are starting up.

These are called Teeth Busters - basically folks strain and fall on these busting out their front teeth.

Most folks lose weight "eating" through a straw

You're not wrong. I cut gluten about 18 months ago but also stopped working out (5 times a week), and my abs look the same. I'm not saying this is normal or ideal, but the spare tire stayed away with very little effort after changing my diet. I'm almost 40, and it's like I'm 16 again. I just wish I could eliminate processed sugars that easily...
lol you cut gluten eh? You realize there's no reason, even on the crazy parts of the internet, to associate the two right? Now if you cut all carbs, or you cut some food out in general and didn't add other things in their place, then obviously that's going to result in loss.

Seems like an Ok deal... you see ab rollers all the time at TJ Maxx and Marshall's and Ross.

It is prob my fav ab exercise though - it feels less mindless than crunches and I'm super sore after doing just 3 sets of 12-15

I feel like I'd pull up the second I start feeling like I'm going to far; with that you set your limit and over time I'm sure you'd get better range and actually activate the abs you want.

However I have a bad shoulder and that creates a lot of pain, may even pop out if I continued to use this, so I don't use this.

A lot of okay advice, but you need to work out and eat healthy to get any kind of visible abs you see in the movies.

If you want a smaller gut (or generally good advice), do more cardio, watch your calories and do some kind of weight training to build muscle which in turn will help you burn more calories.
