Yes should be safe. 2 things to keep in mind when cleaning plastic vs glass (I kind of learned the hard way).
Don't use glass cleaner on plastic. Most contain alcohol which will mar plastic over time as well as anything else that may be harsh. Glass is tuff stuff, plastic no so tuff.
Don't use paper towels on plastic screens or lenses. Paper is made from cellulose which is harder than plastic and will micro-scratch plastic. Use textile or micro-fiber towels only.

Like I said I learned the hard way. It was a note that came with a pair of glasses that informed me. Up to that point I always wondered why my glasses got so scratched up.

I used another product suggested on SD and got it a few months back and it has been amazing. Someone suggested these Koala Kloths and the Zeiss camera lens cleaner spray to use on my phone and laptop screens, as well as on my glass lens on my Maui Jims. Most of the time I don't even have to wet the cloth to clean the screens and it just picks everything up dry.

You can get them on Amazon too and I'd definitely trust those over these no-name brand wipes.
