Can anyone please chime in if this is a good cable. I just don't want my cables crapping out after a week or a month
Yes, it's a good one, but if you let your dog, cat etc chew on it then maybe not so much.
I think partially it depends on handling them as well, some find it ok to yank it out of phone because they're in a "hurry", some find other ways to abuse poor things so based on some factors it might not be "the best", but I've been using one for few months and like it, it's stiffer than Apple one but if it's because they use thicker gauge wires then it's a good thing.

This is USB-C to Lightning so no. You need a USB-C to USB-C or USB-C to USB-A 3.0 cable.

Good price for this cable. Now all you need a plug everywhere that can take usb-c. So long usb-a.

I prefer the Powerline + series with the braiding. I've got one that has lasted several years now. Anybody know if any codes are available for those?

Also picked up the Costco deal on sale last month. So far so good with that one as well.

If would be cool if there was a charger that has a female lightning port. That way, I can just carry 1 wire to charge both an iphone or Android when I travel.

Apple would take arm and a leg for someone that would want to design such thing since anything lightning port related is for them to allow.

Powerline III has thinner wires than this, but claims almost identical strength.

There aren't any Powerline III USB C to Lightning cables yet, so it doesn't matter for this cable anyways.
