Fidelity is once again offering free TurboTax Preimer for select customers. Data points suggest Private Client Group and Active Traders should are it after logging in on desktop version of webpage.

Good to know, We are both high value clients
It is heavily YMMV as it appears only certain Fidelity customers receives free TurboTax Premier.
They finally posted it.
Steps:
1. Log into your Fidelity Account.
2. On the first opening summary page, check the very bottom. They have "Intuit Turbo Tax" logo with link to how to get Turbo Tax Premier for free.
As GMan4911 has posted, Fidelity is also offering the download version like they have in the past.
Once you get to the TurboTax site, scroll to the bottom and look for "Download" icon and click. You will be able to make download purchase for free.
Also, if you get "outdated link" error, try to clear the history/cache and try it again or use a different web browser. It will get you to the right site (it has been glitchy).

Active Trader Services
Trades: 120+ stock, bond, or option trades in a 12-month period
Portfolio Value: $25,000 or greater across your Fidelity accounts
Active Trader VIP
Trades: 500+ stock, bond, or option trades in a 12-month period
Portfolio Value: $1,000,000 or greater across your Fidelity accounts
