Basic tools needed for most small repairs around the house, decent price if you want an extra set for the car, shop, work, cabin, etc.
Online it shows as $14.98 but in store it shows as $9.98.
I did have to search around the store quite a while to find these, they were hung in front of some miter saws in a cascaded fashion on a 'rod' that is used to display merchandise that is flat packed like seen in the picture. Sorry for lousy description, hopefully that helps someone. Kobalt Lifetime Warranty might be a bonus for some if you ever need to take them up on it.

- Screwdriver
- Angled Utility knife
- 10-piece blades with plastic dispenser

This set appears to be pretty good quality, the hammer is only 13 oz but I prefer to use that for sensitive applications that require more control/and or constraint such as using a wood chisel, nail set or driving in smaller brad nails or trim nails.
The utility knife is pretty decent too with 10 extra blades...that's gotta be worth a few bucks on it's own. The angle of it makes it nice for drywall work or beveling the corners on butt seams.
The needle nose pliers are a nice little pair that operate and come together decent unlike some of the cheapie pliers you can get in bulk tool set purchases.
The tape measure is a nice little 16 foot model, it appears to be fairly well built, less junky than I anticipated.
Lastly, the set of precision screw drivers is decent for more modern applications, I use these for repairing my glasses, working on electronics or other small devices.
The bad...
The large screw driver only comes with one #2 Phillips bit. It's nice that you can use replaceable bits in it but the set does not include any additional ones.
The adjustable wrench appears to only be so so quality, the adjustable jaw fitment on the frame was a little sloppy. The jaws were a little rough with a sharp edge from either the machining or the chroming process. It does have the Kobalt name on the wrench so if it breaks you can go cash in on the warranty. This is probably the cheapest made tool in the set.
Lastly, the two offset screw drivers are 'so so'...if you are in a situation where you need these then perhaps they will be worth having although it's difficult to get any torque using this design.
Final comments...
Overall, this is a nice starter set with some very common tools for the house...they did't fill it up with an Allen wrench set or junky little bits or a junky hardware set. They probably could have included at least a flat/straight screw driver bit and possibly a pair of slip joint pliers but for the discounted price of 10 bucks I can't complain too much.
