You can never tell with these comments but sometimes the ignorance is alarming. What this guys said. For quick energy not a health food or food substitute. It's packaged for you to take on a long run or ride not sitting around and watching Netflix.

They are great over coffee. Costco sells a large box of streupwaffels (sp?) which are pretty similar as far as ingredients and a decent bit less. I've used both for long runs. This is a good price though for honey stinger brand.
