The Heinz Bottle Matchup Sweepstakes ~ 02/03/2020

Eligibility: The Heinz Bottle Matchup (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50)United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18)years old at the time of entry.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on December 15, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 3, 2020at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes, as outlined below:

a. Make a Purchase: During the Promotion Period, purchase a bottle of specially-marked Heinz tomato ketchup and locate the number(either 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9)on the front of bottle.Sponsor may add additional specially-marked labels on products during the Promotion Period.Then, during the Promotion Period, visit www.HeinzMatchup.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address.When prompted, utilize your mobile phone and scan the image that includes the number. If the number you scanned from the specially-marked bottle or product matches any number in the final score of the Super Bowl LIVgame on February 2, 2020, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. For example, if the final score is 27-21, any entrant that scanned a 2, 7 or 1 will receive one (1)entry into the Sweepstakes.If the final score ends in a single digit for either team, (e.g., 31-7), we will count the single-digit score as "07" and any entrant that scanned either a 3, 1, 0, or 7 will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.If the number in the final score appears twice, you will receive two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes.b.Mail-in Alternate Method: To enter without making a purchase, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, date of birth, and a single number from 0 to 9(either 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9) on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "The Heinz Bottle Matchup," c/o HelloWorld, Inc., P.O. Box 5025, Department 842773, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5025.If the number you wrote on your 3" x 5" piece of paper matches any number in the final score of the Super Bowl LIV game on February 2, 2020, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. For example, if the final score is 27-21, any entrant that wrote a 2, 7 or 1 will receive one (1)entry into the Sweepstakes for each number. If number in final score appears twice, youwill receive two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes. If the final score ends ina single digit score for either team, (e.g., 31-7), we will count the single-digit score as "07" and any entrant that scanned either a 3, 1, 0, or 7 will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) entry per envelope. If you do not include a number on your mail-in entry, your entry will be voided. If you include more than one (1) number on your mail-in entry, we will only apply the first number listed. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by February 3, 2020and received by February 10, 2020. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
Limit: You may enter three (3)times during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

Prizes:

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A grill cook out package which includes a Heinz-branded grill and cover, Heinz-branded BBQ set, two (2)Heinz aprons, portable grill,Heinz-branded Jenga and Corn Hole games,and $3,000check for food and drink for 50 people,DJ service and cleaning service.Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,000.00. The Grand Prize winner will also be provided with a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize (the "Tax Gross-Up Payment"). The Tax Gross-Up Payment will be $2,000.00. Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $12,000.00.

ONE THOUSAND (1,000) FIRST PRIZES:A $25.00 Heinz Ketchup for a Year Visa Prepaid Card.

ONE THOUSAND (1,000) SECOND PRIZES: A fanny pack.ARV: $25.
