It's not worth the time of having to deal with normal profess or keeping detailed records of when I mailed it out, then waiting past the maximum amount of time, then having to call at least twice and having them claim they totally mailed it out, even though if they really did there's no reason it would not have gotten to me, then have them reissue it and have it actually show up because they mailed it for real this time. $5 isn't worth the babysitting job. I've only ever had 1 company actually just mail and not wait hoping I would forget. I think it was EVGA. Cooler master, Asus and the others have all pulled the "oh we totally mailed it, Idk why you didn't get it, because we def mailed it *wink wink* but we will ask almost zero questions and just issue a new one" game
