This is a good price, about half off the normally available price ($4).
Each bowl contains 74% of the daily value for sodium.

I stopped eating rice, so a bowl of noodles once a week will fill my craving, gonna try this. I already have the nongshim udon noodles from Costco, are those any more healthy?

Don't add the flavor packet and problem solved.

It sounds like a good plan to reduce the sodium content but I'm not sure that all the salt comes from the packet (1760mg of sodium is 3/4 teaspoon of salt).

Sodium is what people are having too much these days.
