I don't think its the company telling you what you can do with it. They are simply telling you places where you can fly it and not be criminally prosecuted because of all the regulations now with "drones". I think that's the idea.

The Amazon version does not come with the extended warranty. Not sure if either of those are worth it or not. buydig.com says the 2 add-ons are with 28.95

I'm pretty sure the flymore package is 499. I think this deal is pretty slick... not slick enough for me to but it, but decent.
