You are included in the Settlement as a "Class Member" if you are in the United States and purchased Infants' Tylenol for personal or household use at any time from October 3, 2014 to January 6, 2020.

JJCI will create a fund of up to $6.315 million. After deducting administrative costs, Class Counsel's attorneys' fees and expenses, and service awards for the named plaintiffs, the balance will be used to pay Class Member claims. Class Members may claim $2.15 for every 1 and 2 fl. oz. bottle of Infants' Tylenol purchased. A maximum of 7 bottles or $15.05 may be claimed without proof of purchase. An unlimited number of bottles may be claimed with proof of purchase for all Infants' Tylenol purchases.

Keep thinking what? Didnt i just say i sign up for whatever settlements? But for real if a scammer wanted my info a fake CAS would probably work.

Deceptive packing is not cool, but ultimately I'd err on the side of personal responsibility here. Society should encourage smarter consumers, not dumbed down products. Consumer should be able to read the labels.

OMG! And I was proud of getting back something like ~$11 because redbull didn't physically give me wings! All you had to do was buy a can or two. If only there was an option for the 20 cans a week I used to drink.

I eventually learned to buy from a drive thru the building beverage warehousem Costco had gotten too expensive. Then got a killer S&S deal, so i bought 24oz can cases, and stacked to the ceiling. Too bad i forgot to cancel it, got double a month later at full price. Then months later a hurricane his MY basement apt up north. Seemed fine, till the cans started springing leaks. So much for a slickdeal. The money was one thing, but watching my redbull die made me cry...If only the cans had grown wings...
