Pro Advanced - This one has the highest amount of pure lactose and will probably be closest to breast milk as far as "fullness" goes, but it can be harsher on the tummy for some. My LO seems to do ok with this, but her bowel movements are less frequent with this for sure. This one mixes well with room temperature water (see below why I added this).
Sensitive - This one has a little more processed lactose, so that's what makes it easier to digest and easier on the tummy. I honestly can't tell a huge difference between this one and Pro Advance yet, so I'm leaning toward staying on this one. She seems to get "full" on this one, and her bowel movements are less frequent but not as frequent as the next one. This one mixes very well also with room temperature water with some slight clumping but it dissolves after a while. Make sure to mix together slowly or use a stirrer or shaker bottle.
Total Comfort - This one is the easiest on the tummy as the proteins are the most broken down in this formula, but the protein is still delivered, etc. Sounds great right? It's not without it's trade-offs. For one, it tastes and smells the worst. My LO will eat it, but she'll grimace from the taste...she'll eventually down it though. Also, because it's the most broken down, bowel movements should be more frequent with this one. We fed this to our LO, and she pooped like 4 times in a day....it was poopageddon. Full disclosure, she hadn't gone in a couple days, so she was probably backed up...this definitely helped though. Also, big downer on this one is that it clumps really bad with room temp water. The only way I got it to mix was to dissolve in warm water, then I put it in the fridge to cool it down. I actually put it in a shaker bottle, and just poured from that all day...it's only good for 24 hours that way though.
Hope this helps and good luck to all.

How? I can only get $70... do you have 15% s&s?
I use Enfamil Neuropro currently and thinking about switching to Similac Pro-Sensitive. Do you think Enfamil is better?
Heartfelt thanks from soon to be dad!
Every baby is different. We tried the similac pro sensitive. The formula comes out frothy and it didn't seem to help with gas for my baby. Next, we were suppose to try enfamil pro gentlease but I accidentally got the non pro gentlease version. It seems to be working well though. I'm going to try the pro gentlease next and see how he takes it.
