StackSocial [stacksocial.com] is having a sale on a Lifetime Subscription of AdGuard for $59.99 - $40.00 = $19.99.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

I looked at this offer but decided against it for two reasons:

1. It appears to be a Russian firm. Nothing against Russian developers, just their government and its ability to snoop.

2. Saw several problems with latency of their DNS servers and false positives in their forums.
If you purchase the subscription through iTunes, the license is valid only for iOS, i.e., you can't use it to register for the app on Mac, Android, or Windows. If you purchase this, the license key is valid for all platforms. This explains the lower price on iTunes.

Anyway, the retail price listed on stacksocial is wrong. For personal it should be $80 not $60. For family it should be $170 not $130. After adguard changed it's pricing model in Oct 2019, it was priced at $60 and $130 briefly. Shortly before Black Friday, the developers claimed that it was an error and adjusted the prices to $80 and $170, respectively. I think they were discounted to $40 and $68 on BF so the price on stacksocial now is much cheaper.

Just a disclaimer, I'm not related to adguard in any way. I just use adguard pro and have been keeping an eye out for a sale on adguard premium for awhile. I just bought the family version from stacksocial, $10 more for 6 more devices.

Hope this helps someone.
I believe uBlock by Charlie Lee is fake. uBlock Origin should be legit.

This is working system wide as far as I know and not only in a browser.

Is this AdGuard Premium or Pro? Or are those two different paid options even around anymore? The sales page just says AdGuard Lifetime subscription.

My go to list for Adblockers...

UBlock Origin --> PC/Mac Browser
Blokada --> Andriod
Windscribe VPN -> Systemwide adblocker

Looking at AdGuard team, probably I would buy it. Smilie

Uhh the description on iTunes App Store says a lifetime subscription is $12? Is that different than this?

Does this block Google ad services advertising? If it can't block Google ads, no point to pay money to these ad block softwares.

I have this and love it. I installed a license on my mom's computer and I have received fewer calls from her due to not receiving scammer ads.

It can, you just have to turn it off before purchasing anything if you are doing cashback.
