Amazon [amazon.com] has Mechanix Wear FastFit Gloves on sale in size Large in the Black color for $8.99 > Now $8.37. Shipping is Free with Amazon Prime. Thank GodFlesh

Note that these are not made in USA, and are made in Vietnam, contrary to what the product page says. Still not a bad deal if you need a pair of work gloves.

Put these gloves on and felt like a real mechanic so I took apart my car. No idea how to put it back together so now I'm stuck at home. One star.

60 day warranty on Mechanix, if you use gloves a lot this is an easy 2 pair.

Make sure you hit "one time purchase", it defaults to "subscribe and save" for same price. Unless of course you want S&S.

Mechanix is great. I did have one pair split at the I index finger seam in less than a year though.

I find that the grip work gloves are best. I have both types and rarely use this type. Depends on your use, but these do not have the grip. Wanted to mention that.

You would pay a premium for grip or wait until they're on sale (or TJMaxx, Ross, etc. has them sometimes): https://smile.amazon.com/Mechanix...B0001VO1V2

I've been using these for general handyman-type stuff and they ok, but nothing special. $10 seems like the right price. For me, these always end up with holes on the tips of the index fingers. Anyone have a suggestion on something better?

The gloves from harbor freight are what I use for handyman and outdoor stuff. They are $2 each pair and cheaper if you get it on sale.

This is my problem. These are fast fit gloves. I need the ones I can strap lock down
