Are these any good? Seen a lot of good reviews but also a good amount of really bad ones. I'm a beginner on digital art but not with old school drawing/sculpting/etc

I own one and it's perfect for a begginner imo. The price is good too. It works on Windows and OSX.
Just buy a cheaper one first instead of a expensive one. If you ever make money off of drawing, you can warrant buying the expensive one.
I had just finished debating between this tablet and the XP-PEN StarG640 and went with the latter. It's smaller than what I'm used to but I figured I start with something small and basic until I really get into drawing again. But this one for $50 is a good deal if you've already been drawing for a long time and want to upgrade or get a new tablet that's not Wacom.
I honestly will never go back to Wacom ever again.

YMMV, but almost for all prime members.

Wacom for sure.
I wouldn't be so quick. Wacom is also a refurb and 4x the price of this. Will it give one 4x the performance? Especially if one is just starting out?
