KMC seems to be an SD sweetheart, gets posted and upvoted a lot so take deal with grain of salt.

I bought their outlets once through SD and they worked fine though, so ymmv? They make a lot of different similar products and are posted regularly.

I have these by another rebranded, they work well. Note the app is in military time. "Smart life" can't seem to switch to 12hr time. But other then that they work fine.

Only if your router is running a 2.4ghz network. Almost everything is running 5ghz nowadays, but most routers can run both frequencies simultaneously. You'd have to check your router.

The fact it says "no hub required" would indicate not. Typically these go directly from the provider to alexa or google assistant.
