Home Depot [homedepot.com] has the RIDGID 18-Volt BRUSHLESS Lithium-Ion Cordless Drill/Driver & Impact Driver 2-Tool Combo Kit w/ Two 1.5 Ah Batteries, Charger & Bag (R9603) for $119. In Store clearance only.

Folks, this has the lifetime warranty on tools and batteries. (register carefully within 90 days of purchase)

Brickseek 301853891 https://brickseek.com/home-depot-...=301853891

Includes (both Brushless) R860054 Drill/Driver, R86038 Impact Driver, 2x 840085 1.5 Ah Hyper Lithium-Ion batteries, R86092 charger, Contractor bag, 2x bits, 2x Belt hooks, Operator manuals.

I have been using Ridgid cordless tools for over 6 years, and have had to use the Lifetime Service Agreement (LSA) for the drill/driver, and one battery. I was happy to receive a new brushless drill for the old brushed drill I turned in! If you are a low to moderate user, I would not hesitate getting even the brushed tools; the LSA will protect you. I saw this at my local store (Selma, CA 93662) and picked it up for my son, who has a lifetime of fixin' and building ahead of him. A check of the 10 closest stores around me shows half of them with stock.

Great deal if you can find it new at that price. The certified pre-owned is on directtools for $75 (https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com.../p/ZRR9603) but won't have the LSA. I've seen the factory blemished around $115 occasionally which would have the LSA - but even better to get it new from HD if you can get it.

You want this. Make sure you register for the lifetime warranty in the 90 day window. If you break it or the batteries die a few years down the road you can get your broken stuff replaced for free.

I'm not a fan of the 1 5 amp hr batteries. This is a good deal, but they die quick...

I'm surprised seeing Ryobi aligned with M&M's, always thought they are entirely different categories. Mind to explain why?

I recently got the 4 kit with the angle grinder and impact wrench too and a 2a and 4a battery instead for 250. Last I check it was still on sale for anyone wanting a impact wrench like me

1.5 aH batteries suck, good for light duty use but at least there are two. Not only do they not last long, they don't deliver the peak power of a 4/5 aH battery. Batteries are pricey so maybe hold out for a kit with at least 3-5 aH batteries.

I found a Ridgid brushless impact driver with 1 x 4 aH battery and charger for $50 on clearance at HD yesterday. It was in the clearance section of my local HD with about 5 others. Then I bought a brushless drill on eBay for $40 (even saw some refurb ones for $32 but no warranty on them).
