I actually just started the return process for the light which I received as a Christmas present. The timer on it does not work. It reacts to every remote we have in the living room. Appearance of the light in the tank is disappointing, and not an upgrade from the stock Fluval Evo 13.5. It was meant to replace.

Chewy has this light for $71 also. The orbit marine if I'm not mistaken, is just whites and blues. If you are looking for the full spectrum with rgb then you need the orbit marine ic version of the light. Good deal but I just want to be sure i stand correct. Some places describe this as having the rgb even the pdf of the manual on amazon shows that. So I am a bit confused unless something has changed. I own 5 of the orbit marine ic and one of the orbit marine lights. The orbit marine ic gives me superior color also functions with the Bluetooth controller.

Here is a link to the comparison from the manufacturer website. There is also an orbit marine ic pro version that seems to be the normal orbit marine ic light just comes with 2 lights instead of one. Sometimes the descriptions on the sellers websites can be deceiving. I have to say I am baffled right now I thought I understood their models. Any insight is welcomed.

The photos change for this light model on chewy.com the other three sizes to select change to the basic controller of just whites and blues and this size shows the ic controller. Sometimes amazon and chewy share the same photos and descriptions.
