Looks like the same FP deal on BF. Netgear Orbi Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi System with Advanced Cyber Threat Protection, 3-pack for Costco Members - $300. Model is RBK53S-100NAS. Available online and in-store. Valid 1/20/20 through 3/15/20.

Was looking for Deco M9 which is selling for $200 online but found this instead in the costco warehouse. Still debating between M9 or Orbi RBK53.

Installed this a couple days ago. Very easy but does require the app on a smartphone which may pose a problem for some. Fantastic performance, both in terms of speed and range. Previously used AC3100 router which did not reach some areas of the house very well. The difference is like night and day. Not an inexpensive product but definitely worth the price because it completely eliminates frustration.

I'm in need of updating an old router and like these a lot especially being 3 way. My house is about 2500 Sq ft. I know this is overkill, but would it cause issues running 3 of these in my size house?

It doesn't require the app, you can use the web browser GUI.

Not a problem. Just perhaps a little overkill and expensive. Then again, the money is worth it if it eliminates frustration. If internet speed is still slow after installing, then you KNOW it must be another device that is causing the problem. This helped us isolate a bad/old USB WiFi adapter.

Considered the Deco but neither of the local stores had it in stock. While we would have liked to have the bonus benefit of the Zigbee hub, it was not our primary objective. The download wireless speed almost matched what we pay to our ISP. That and range were our objectives, which the Orbi provided.

One caveat though. All devices worked flawlessly with the exception of one Roku TV a couple of days later. It would start steaming ok but quickly began stuttering with buffering. A quick Google search, confirmed with a Netgear tech support person, showed that manually assigning DNS on the router was the answer. The call was around 10:30 pm on a weekend and we had zero wait time for a tech. If you buy this, recommend making sure all devices work immediately. One of the screening questions was whether we had bought the product within the last 90 days. Suggests a 90 day support policy?

I bought my 3200 set a couple years ago. One of the satellites died almost immediately. The replacement has been okay.

Unpopular but honest answer is "maybe". Depends on house layout, construction materials, etc.
