I agree I also had a bad experience at my local Target Starbucks. I regretted being so lazy and not going to the one down the road.
Yes, it has in the past when I've done this.
This right here. Our area Targets have nothing but the best baristas and our local stores all burn milk, can't make sweet cream for the life of them, and their cappuccinos come out more foam than milk even when asking for a wet cap. It's mindboggling how actual stores can suck so bad.
