OP claims:
RSIM 15 and IOS 13.3
There are a few things to consider:
1. You can't do WiFi Calling
2. You can't do Personal HotSpot
3. No Visual Voicemail

Rsim doesnt work. Most who say it works are rsim sellers on ebay trying to dump the batches they bought in bulk.
This website is their main website for "support"
http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f819/

They use tmsi mode(temporary mobile subscriber identity) or a hack to send a temporary id which will get rejected and you would have to go through the "activation" process daily or 2-3 times a week.

Nothing works, turbosim, heicard, gpp, etc. Apple closed the loophole and now these card makers to unlock are trying to unload everything on uninformed customers/resellers.

RSIM is far from reliable now.

Simple Mobile is reasonably good service is T-Mobile native coverage works for you. They have a fully unlimited $50 plan via Amazon now: https://slickdeals.net/f/13716758-simple-mobile-truly-unlimited-exclusive-plan-on-amazon-50?v=1&src=SiteSearch

it's a 'soft' unlock, not permanent.
So if you ever have to reset your phone, you have two do the process again with the Rsim and apple can block it at any moment
