Same price on the Best Buy Ebay account too if someone prefers that (they make you pay shipping for returns, though)

Isn't the 3070 due in June? Prices should come down a decent bit this release since GPU mining isn't in the limelight anymore.

Great deal, I bought the exact same card a month ago for $570 pre tax and don't regret it one bit. Yes the new cards are due in the Summer, but look how the prices of the 10 series stayed up even when the 20 series launched. Even with bitcoin mining in a lull, I don't think the 30 series will tank the prices of these cards like everyone thinks.

I agree too. But there's no way to tell how Nvidia will price these as their RTX 20 series were not selling well since they were cards in addition to the Pascal 20 series rather than replacement. If AMD comes out with decent new cards even up to 2080 Super performance, then I would expect Nvidia to somewhat release the 30 series at prices that will force some small reduction (by market, not official price drop) to the 20 series. I was honestly surprised Nvidia dropped the price of the 2060 officially to combat AMD's new 5600XT cards. Nvidia NEVER EVER drops prices to respond to new cards released by AMD/ATI. If they have, I haven't noticed or seen it in at least a decade. Nvidia almost always responds by releasing new cards to show how AMD cards are inferior.

I bought a zotac 2070 super for 440 a few months back.
I'm sure this one has better cooling and slightly higher clocks, but is it worth 80$ more?

Facts, even if it means a massive die size and $1k price, they one up AMD.

The new AMD is agile though, and knows what gamers want. We needed IPC for games and they delivered. If they know whats good, we will see Ray tracing performance wars next imho.

Yes if you can return the other one. Also, this is also a 3 slot card, so make sure you have enough room.
