Appointment needed or just drop off? I wonder how long I'll have to go without a phone though.....
EDIT: Looks like you can make an appointment but doesn't seem mandatory. Same day service not guaranteed.
EDIT2: Just FYI, I just called them and if the back of your phone is also cracked (as mine is), they won't do the screen repair. They need to open up the back apparently to fix the screen and if the back is cracked it'll shatter once they open it up. So no go for me.

This. I have an S7 edge with screen burn in and a hairline crack. Wonder if they will do it. Heck, I don't even know if it's worth it at this point.

Don't think they will do the edge version only regular s7
I don't think So for 49$ but I call them and they say yeah 49$ for a GS9 cracked front screen
