Stock blower will run warm and loud but you will get the same performance (might be a little thermal throttling depending on case airflow). There are some aftermarket ones that does great. I'm running a gigabyte windforce but that card is MSRP of $420. If budget is a factor then I'd say this is a good deal.

Yes. I ordered one of these from Dell in November or December. It was a bad card/bad drivers so I sent it back. It ran hot and loud but with fan tuning the fan noise was reasonable. That didn't fix the near constant crashes and visual artifacts though. The card also fried some of the components on my motherboard. Thankfully it was a new motherboard and Amazon agreed to replace it when I talked with them about the issue; this prevented the card from being an expensive bad purchase. If you happen to get a good card and don't mind dealing with potential driver and quality issues, the card has great price per performance.

Undervolted in drivers and didn't touch anything else. Stable and only audible in games.
Pass.
