Will these shoes help me throw my co-workers under the bus?
Great for flat Earth walking.
On a serious note relating to the actual shoe and not the player, I own and really like these shoes. The flyknit material is thicker because it's a basketball shoe and not for running. The result is a glove-like, light feel to the shoe which requires a half size up for most people, as is the case for a lot of Nike basketball shoes. I love how light they are and great the traction is on the bottom. I'm an og Nike b-ball shoe apologist (pennys, zoom 95s, etc.) but after trying these, I have to admit that the technology with newer shoes is far better. This is the most affordable option in the market when it comes to a shoe that's very similar to the Kobes. If you're a guard or forward who likes to drive, I'd recommend.

You will win an NBA title than leave to be the lone star of another team, but fail miserably.
Looks like we found the bitter Kyrie apologist.
Actually I can, if I was a Kyrie fan.
