Not sure about their mattress but frames are of great quality. I bought couple of Zinus frames from Sam's Club and highly satisfied with easy assembly and quality.

Same here, I have two Zinus frames and they have survived more than two years of jumping on by my kids and their friends. They have been easy to dismantle and move too. The are still as strong after disassembling and moving a couple of times compared to a cheap IKEA bed frame I had earlier.

Zinus Customer service through ebay is almost non existent. I had to escalte my issue to ebay (undelivered bed) to get refunded!
