This is about the same price I got it for on BF, it is a great mixer, I bought an artisan for my sister two years ago for $279(special color) and the artisan looks like a toy next to this one. Even the attachments are bigger. Great buy and highly recommended, the shipping from everythingkitchen was extremely fast and it came sealed in it's box and well padded.You will find the entry level artisans for around the same price. repped.

I've got the 6qt pro bowl lift @ 575 watts. The 5qt is 525 watts. Not sure that makes a big difference or not, but I almost wish I had gotten a smaller one due to the bowl size. It's hard to make 'just a little' with the bigger sizes.

This is exactly the reason I'm going for the 5 quart version. Not sure if I want order from here though, or wait for one locally.

Got the same deal from Best Buy a week or so ago. My son who is just getting into baking at a serious level now just loves it. Old sunbeam mixmaster off to the Goodwill.
