Will these have any warranty? If so what would it be? I am planning to gift this some one overseas so just want to make sure if this does has warranty to cover by apple just in case

Its $249 brand new, for $20 why buy geekquad refurishised and depending on when it was activated lose out on few months of warranty.

Make sure you check it over. I ordered an excellent condition meant to be new and got it today. Has scratches on the screen and they won't do anything but allow a return.

I ordered one a couple days ago and the warranty it expires in October, so it will vary.

These are returned units. Geek squad units are refurbished ones.

I tried two orders of the Gold Aluminum Case with Pink Sand Sport Band $233.99 (excellent) and both were cancelled with the email stating the item was no longer available.

Same. I had one cancelled, and went in and placed another order. Not cancelled yet, but not holding my breath it won't also get cancelled.
