The last time I had a store pickup at Macy's I had to wait nearly 25 minutes in the queue.. Not worth it

I had a similar experience cause someone was trying to return a few things without receipt and tags before me. These stores need to deploy self pickup lockers like Amazon.

this comment is the same as someone complaining shipping took an extra day from amazon, it serves no purpose and has nothing to do with the product...

I tend to agree with the comments above. The lack of an efficient pickup process causes me to think long and hard about ordering pickup from Macy's but to each their own.

Anyone know how small the toddler hats and gloves run? I have a three year old on the verge of being four who'd love the Elsa set, but I'm not sure if it would be popping off her head.
