My friend did for like a year. Put a big mattress topper and some other stuff on it, wouldn't even know it was one of these at first - it was on the floor, but she said it was the most comfortable mattress she'd had.
Honestly not too bad if you already have an electric inflator, considering most air mattresses are around 50 bucks and also generally suck to sleep on.
Plus I like that this one folds down to almost nothing. I've slept on min about 7 or 8 times and it was fine everytime, until I left it in a shed one night and a raccoon ate through it because I left some food container on it.
Pros: Cheap, More comfy than most sleeping "mats", doesn't have a built in inflator (pro for me at least...)
Cons: Not super comfy or insulating, not raccoon proof.
Yah. It's great for my back. Air mattresses are fine for sleeping alone but 2 people on a king or queen is impossible. The slightest movement will wake up the partner.

Is anyone using these as a permanent bed?
